Carol S. Cooper, Attorney
Carol Cooper graduated cum laude from
the University of Minnesota Law School, with Juris Doctor
degree in 1984. She graduated from the University of
South Florida in Tampa with
a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) degree in 1976. She is a lawyer
licensed
to practice in Minnesota state courts, federal district court and tax
court.
Carol has over 20 years of
experience in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Taxation,
Business, Corporate and Real Estate. She is a member of the
Minnesota State Bar Association and the First
District Bar Association.
With an office in Farmington, Minnesota, she serves clients in
Farmington and the metro area of Minneapolis and St. Paul, including
the cities of Lakeville, Rosemount,
Apple Valley, Burnsville, New Market, Northfield, Minneapolis, West St.
Paul, as well as the counties of Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and
Rice.
Since 1984, Carol has been helping her clients develop plans designed
to avoid legal problems in the future, as well as helping others
resolve a variety of legal problems that confront them in the
present.
